Pray's help with Veteran Memorial "I want to express our heart felt appreciation that "WE" the "Veterans"
of the Maple City VFW Post 2406 have for you and your family in
helping make this Memorial Project a reality," commented Ernest E. Myers, Sr. "Your efforts and
assistance in the purchasing, shipment and finally the actual
placement of the beautiful 'Black Granite Memorial Bench' that now
sits in front of the Flag display of the Charlotte VFW Post 2406 is a
testimony of your dedication to the Veterans and their families. The
Pray Funeral Home with the help of Rich Mitterling were instrumental
in saving hundreds of dollars in the actual purchase of the Black
Granite Bench. Through a raffle drive and the support of the Maple
City VFW Post 2406 and its Ladies Auxiliary coupled with the Dads of
Foreign Service Post 286 made this Project a huge success."
